Brussels: A week of actions organized by Saving
Iceland and EarthFirst! in Belgium and the Netherlands fought against
the expansion of the hydroelectric industry in Iceland. Known for its
unique natural environment, the country stands severely threatened by
proposals for increases in energy production for heavy industry.
